The Job View

(Ribbon è Tools è Radio Management)

The Radio Management Client's Job View allows you to view all currently scheduled programming jobs (read or write) within the Server database (see the RM Server). See also Scheduling a Job. Your Radio Management grouping strategy organizes and therefore determines Server codeplug-data access in this View (see Grouping Radios).

Several other "Views" are available for your view and/or modify access to Radio Management codeplug values.

INCLUDED COLUMNS

PER JOB:

DEFINITIONS PER JOB LEVEL (record / rows):

Job Name

Allows you to view-only the Job Name for all job-level records.

Creation Date

Allows you to view-only the job creation Date and Time for all job-level rows. This creation date is a system-based date and time stamp that is generated when creating a new Read or Write job, and then clicking the OK button in the Schedule Job window.

Start Time

Allows you to view-only the Start Time for all job-level rows. This Start Time is defined in the Schedule Job window.

End Time

Allows you to view-only the End Time for all job-level rows. This End Time is defined in the Schedule Job window.

Job Status

Allows you to view-only the current status for all job-level rows.

Possible Statuses Include:

Job Type

Allows you to view-only the Job Type (Read or Write) for all job-level rows. Job Types are defined in the Schedule Job window.

PER RADIO:

DEFINITIONS PER RADIO (record / rows):

Model Number

Allows you to view-only the Model Number for all radio-codeplug job rows. Model Numbers are read from codeplugs.

Serial Number

Allows you to view-only the Serial Number for all radio-codeplug job rows. Serial Numbers are read from codeplugs.

Template

Allows you to view-only all Templates currently selected for all radio-codeplug job rows. Templates are only selected for radios in the Radio Management's Radio View (see Select Template and Manage Templates).

Radio Alias

Allows you to view-only this radio-user recognizable name for all radio-codeplug job rows. The My Radio Identification menu-selection causes the Radio ID Alias to appear in the radio's display. This field is only modifiable from the Radio Management Radio View.

Job Status

Allows you to view-only the Job Status for all radio-codeplug job rows.

Possible Statuses Include:

Executed Date

Allows you to view-only the actual job execution date and time for all radio-codeplug job rows.

Failure Reason

Allows you to view-only the reason for all individual radio-codeplug job failures job rows.
